Unlocking Yes: A Summit With Chelsea Sodaro

Join Professional Triathlete and Ironman World Champion Chelsea Sodaro for a weekend of riding, eating, and drinking in beautiful St. Helena, California to benefit For All Mothers. 

SCHEDULE

Friday

The event will include a casual welcome dinner and a fireside chat with Chelsea on her recent performance in Kona at the 2025 Ironman World Championships.

Saturday

On Saturday we will ride through wine country. Participants will have the option of taking on a 50K or 100K ride with full SAG support. -After some lunch and downtime, we will gather for a cocktail hour chat with Chelsea’s high performance team to discuss how they design Chelsea’s season and prepare her to perform at her best on the most important day.

The main event of the weekend will include a catered culinary experience with wine pairings and a conversation with TBA guests moderated by Naomi Clarkson, head of marketing at Momentous.

Sunday

The weekend will conclude with an optional Sunday morning run and farewell brunch. We can’t wait to welcome guests to St. Helena to enjoy the beautiful scenery, wine, food, and a fun weekend getting to know Chelsea. 

For All Mothers

Proceeds from the event will be donated to For All Mothers to support their ongoing initiatives to create more opportunities for female athletes. For All Mothers is 5013c dedicated to breaking barriers that limit a woman’s choice to pursue and thrive in both career and motherhood. For All Mothers awards childcare grants to new moms pursuing elites sports, consults with businesses on best family leave policies, and is helping to standardize races and events to include lactation support, childcare services, and deferral policies. 

Chelsea Sodaro is the only American woman to win the Ironman World Championships in the 21st Century, and the first new mom to win the race. She is passionate about gender equity and is working to make her sport more inclusive for women and mothers. Chelsea is a California native and excited to show off her home state and create a beautiful experience for all attendees at her inaugural Day of Excellence.
