Unlocking Yes: A Summit With Chelsea Sodaro

In conversation with powerful female athletes on choosing excellence in sport and in life

October 24-26, 2025

Join Professional Triathlete and Ironman World Champion Chelsea Sodaro for a weekend of cycling, culinary experiences, and meaningful conversation in beautiful St. Helena, California, to benefit For All Mothers+.

Event Schedule

Friday

Kick off the weekend with a relaxed welcome dinner and an intimate fireside chat with Chelsea. She’ll share personal reflections, pivotal moments, and what it took to compete on the world’s biggest stage at the 2025 Ironman World Championships in Kona. It’s the perfect chance to connect, unwind, and get inspired for the weekend ahead.

Saturday

Fuel up with a chef-prepared breakfast before setting out on a scenic ride through the heart of wine country. Riders can choose between a fully supported 50K or 100K route, designed to showcase the best of the region’s rolling hills and vineyard views.

After lunch and a bit of downtime to recharge, we’ll gather for a cocktail hour and a behind-the-scenes conversation with Chelsea’s high-performance team. Hear how they plan her season, fine-tune recovery, and help her peak on race day.

The evening culminates in a curated culinary experience featuring locally inspired dishes and wine pairings. The dinner will include a fireside conversation with special guests (TBA), moderated by Naomi Clarkson, Head of Marketing at Momentous.

Sunday

Wrap up the weekend with an optional morning run followed by a farewell brunch. We look forward to welcoming you to St. Helena for a weekend of beautiful scenery, nourishing food, and meaningful connections with Chelsea and the endurance community.”

Proceeds from the event will go to support For All Mothers+, a nonprofit on a mission to break down barriers that limit mothers and build a world where they can thrive in pursuit of health, career, and personal ambition. Through the lens of sports, For All Mothers+ drives investment, policy reform, and cultural influence via research, storytelling, and grants – setting a new standard for how mothers are supported across industries.
